After much thought and "inner" debate, I have decided to post this site for sale. The short, and simple, reason is I can no longer dedicate the time this site needs, as my personal and professional commitments take almost all of my time.

What you get:

• The entire 'source' of the site (database, files, etc.).
• Ownership of the domain: joomlaoniis.com
• 100% rights to my original authored content. You can modify or change it as you see fit.
• Web traffic database files (AWStats).

What is not included:

• Hosting. Once transferred, hosting (and any respective fees) will be the responsibility of the new owner.
• Domain renewals. Once transferred, domain renewal fees with be the responsibility of the new owner.

This site generates a respectable and consistent amount of traffic which has increased each month since started. As a result, this makes the domain a desirable asset and feasible source of immediate income for advertising.
